The peak count of unique phone numbers during the month determines the price of the monthly unlimited plan. We will advise you if an update is required. Please see our Terms of Service.

The pay-as-you-go plan is broken down into pricing buckets. Phone message recording time is one credit per 30 seconds. Text messages are one credit per 160 characters, up to 480 characters. Emails are free.
