You can send messages instantly or you can schedule them for the future.
Length of messages
Voice messages can be up to 120 seconds. Text messages are up to 480 characters. Emails can be whatever length you like.
Caller ID
You have options regarding the Caller ID that will display. You can use your own telephone number for personal recognition, use the Wizard Phone number, or a private caller ID in your area code that displays your group’s name.
Text to Speech
Don’t want to use your own voice to record the phone calls? You can convert your text to speech with just a few clicks! We have five different voices you can choose from and you can even tailor the speed to suit your preferences.
Phone Message Playback
Some people will let your phone calls go to voice mail and they can hear it multiple times. Others will answer the call and hear it live, but they might miss important details. Maybe they are hearing impaired, maybe someone else picked up the phone. To make sure people can get the full message, we provide simple instructions at the end of the message on how to repeat it.
Voice Delivery to Email
You can also send your voice message via email! You can send an email to everyone with your audio recording attached and then your people have full access to repeat the message and hear all the details.
Do Not Call List
Some people don’t want phone calls. Your account is equipped with a do-not-call listing feature. This allows you to enter the telephone numbers of those who prefer not to receive calls. Even if you have their number on your calling list, our system will always respect their wishes and refrain from dialing.
Disconnected Telephone Numbers
Say goodbye to the hassle of manually identifying disconnected phone numbers. With our cutting-edge technology, we can automatically detect confirmed disconnected numbers when you send phone calls. We’ll promptly report disconnected numbers and organize them in a separate list within your account.
Duplicate Numbers
Sometimes people share a number and you’ll end up with duplicate numbers in your contact list. We’ve got you covered. When you send a phone call or text, our system is smart enough to never use the same number twice.
Message Replay
We provide a replay line for your members who want to catch your message again. You’ll find the number at the end of our automated calls. This nifty feature comes in handy, especially for folks with hearing disabilities or anyone looking to make sure they caught all the essential details.
Personalization
